Sleep apnea is a type of disorder that affects a person during their sleep by disrupting their normal breathing patterns. The latter instances are also called central sleep apnea. Brain infections, brain tumors, heart failure, proceed central sleep apnea.

Such factors are having a deviated septum, being overweight, genetics, large tonsils, sinus problems, and allergies. If you have any of those things, please get treatment for them.

There are various known health risks to having sleep apnea. Things such as high blood pressure, ADHD, depression, diabetes, strokes, heart attacks, and death have been caused by sleep apnea. This is why it’s important if you or a loved one have sleep apnea to seek treatment for it immediately.
